Who is responsible for your information?

Jaanki Enterprises, LLC operates the JE-ClarityPlus pilot application process. For privacy questions, contact admin@jaankienterprisesllc.com.

What information do we collect?

If you apply, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, work email, optional phone number, agency or business name, website, approximate number of clients managed, goals for the pilot, tools you use, and how you heard about the program. We also record your application status and basic submission timestamps. If you separately opt in to future updates, we record that choice and its timestamp.

The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and may use Cloudflare Turnstile if enabled. The submission endpoint may process a short-lived hashed network identifier for rate limiting; it is not intended to store your raw IP address in the lead register.

How do we use the information?

• Review your pilot application and determine whether the program may be a fit.
• Contact you about the application and onboarding if you are selected.
• Maintain a secure record of applications and manage pilot capacity.
• Send future-opportunity or product-availability emails only if you separately opt in.
• Protect the form against spam, abuse, and repeated submissions.

When do we share information?

We do not sell applicant information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to host the site, store applications, prevent abuse, or send operational notifications. The final notice should name the providers actually enabled in production and describe any additional disclosures required by law.

How long do we keep it?

We intend to retain application information only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate applications, manage the pilot and future-interest list, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. The final retention schedule must be confirmed before launch. You may request access to or deletion of your application information, subject to applicable legal obligations, by contacting the address above.

Your choices

The optional future-updates checkbox is not required to apply. You can unsubscribe from future promotional emails. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your application information.

Security

We plan to restrict application records to authorized administration, protect requests in transit, validate submitted fields on the server, limit repeated submissions, and avoid placing full application details in notification emails. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the pilot process or service providers change. The final published version should show its effective date.
